Devon Transcription was originally formed in September 2009 by Helen Kirby. Having previously worked for transcription companies prior to setting up the business, Helen was fortunate to gain a good insight and understanding of the industry. Since then, Helen has worked incredibly hard to promote the business within a variety of sectors, established a small team of highly-skilled, experienced transcriptionists (all UK based) and successfully acquired over 1,000 customers nationwide.

Devon Transcription believes confidentiality and security to be of paramount importance. All new customers will receive a copy of the Data Protection Policy. Transcribers are UK-based, required to complete and pass a test file and sign a confidentiality agreement. Transcripts can be anonymised, if required.
RATES
Devon Transcription offers competitive rates. Transcripts are typed intelligent verbatim and proofread thoroughly with 99% accuracy. Additional charges will apply for verbatim transcription, same day/24hr turnaround or group discussions. Rates are subject to clear audio and intelligible speech. Please note, quotations are valid for 30 days only.
